The space
Enjoy the fun of staying in a marina in this stunning luxury apartment located in the popular Northney Marina, located on the north shore of Hayling Island within Chichester Harbour (one of the largest natural harbours in Europe). This is a fantastic location as you can launch stand up paddleboards nearby and explore the beautiful Chichester Harbour. With allocated parking for up to two cars, this first floor apartment is the perfect place for a peaceful break by the sea.

Enter the first floor apartment into the bright and spacious open plan living area. With its well-equipped modern kitchen, large dining table and comfortable seating area with huge flat screen TV, this is a lovely bright space to enjoy relaxing after a busy day on the water or exploring the local area. This home has two comfortable sofa beds, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The bright double bedroom has a UK king sized bed, TV and double height ceiling as well as plenty of storage with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The modern bathroom suite offers a shower over bath.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.

Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer toiletries which include large bottles of shampoo & shower gel, conditioner and handsoap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a provisions shop is onsite, or there is a large Tesco located in Havant.
Guest access
The apartment has two allocated parking spaces within in the gated complex which is manned 24 hours a day. Within a short walk you will be at the waters edge where you will find an independent café with views of the sea.

Northney Marina offers easy access to the motorway taking you to Gunwharf Quays in 20 minutes in one direction and Chichester City Centre in 20 minutes the other. Havant train station is only a 5 minute drive which has direct trains from London.

The drive to Goodwood will take around 30 mins by car, alternatively there is a short taxi journey to Havant Train station where the train will take you to Chichester where Goodwood run a shuttle service.

Check in is between 4pm and 8pm, if you are planning to arrive any later please let us know in advance.
Other things to note
Please take note of the following details:

**Check-in and Check-out:
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

**Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the apartment.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

**Additional Services:
Travel cots and high chairs are available for £20 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

**Important Notice:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.
Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.
