A bright, modern, well sized double bedroom with use of your own bathroom in West Hayling Island. This house is owned by myself (Samantha, or Sam to my friends, age 31) and Megan my fiancé, age 25.

We are a fun couple who have newly renovated and decorated our house to a high standard, with all new furniture throughout.

The house itself is is 2 years old, and is in a great location. 2 minutes walk from the Billy trial and 5 minutes walk from the beach, pub, Tesco express, takeaway and various other amenities.

There is a good sized lounge/ dinner with a table that seats 6, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms with showers and a bath. One of which you will have sole use of for yourself. There is off road parking and unrestricted street parking, a good sized newly landscaped garden, shed, and shared kitchen.

The room itself is a double room with 2 windows so it is light and airy. You will have a stylish brand new double bed and 2 x chest of drawers from made. com and a large built in double sliding wardrobe.

Our kitchen is fully equipted with dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer, and you will have use of all of our kitchen ware, iron, ironing board, airer, washing machine, tumble and so on. Of course you will have space in the kitchen cupboards and fridge/freezer to store your food.

In the lounge we have a 55” smart tv, with Netflix and sky for your use. We also have sky broadband.

About us - we are both young professionals who enjoy sports, wine, dining out, travel and walking our 2 cocker spaniels, Ralphy and George. It is imperative you like dogs as these are part of our family and although crazy are very lovable characters. We are very tidy and clean and would ideally be looking for someone likeminded. We can keep ourselves to ourselves but are equally very sociable if the person wishes. This isn’t a party house, we work hard so like a relaxing environment. Whilst I work for an international airline so am often away a few days a week, Meg works Monday - Friday in an office based role.
