Bedroom with small DBL bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bookshelf and desk with chair & lamp. Space to keep personal items in bathroom and a cupboard in the kitchen, as this is a self catering position. All other white goods shared with the family. This modern built house is situated in a quiet cul de sac at southern end of Kings Worthy village, but within the parish boundaries of Headbourne Worthy.
Forty mins walk to town centre, or a ten minutes cycle ride using the safe cycle route. Bus stop is only two mins walk away for the regular Spring service.
Little family dog is friendly & quiet. Other occupants are husband & wife, both working, and a college student daughter.
Lodger can keep a bicycle here in a lockable shed, or park a car on the driveway alongside the house.
