The house is in the popular Botleigh Lakeside development of Hedge End, it has good views to the front, and the rooms are all a very good size.

There are all the amenities you would hope for available including, Wireless Broadband, Dishwasher, washing machine, parking & garden. The house is local for the out of town shopping, M27 & M3, Airport, and walking distance to the train station.

The house would probably best suit relaxed sociable professionals who don't mind mucking in to make a home out of the house.
