Single Room - Full Use Of Apartment :-)

Hi Guys,

I have a generous single room available for rent as of next week (5/11/19) Due to a separation with a long term partner and just needing a little help towards the mortgage and bills.

My names Tom, i'm 32 and have a good job as an electrical sales engineer, i'm reasonably quiet, tidy and love to cook.

Whats on offer.....
A modern two bedroom flat in Whites Way, Hedge End. its a 5-10 minute stroll to the train station and only a short walk to loads of shops/supermarkets etc.
The room is a modest size, would require your own bed but has modern furnishings other than that.
The apartment has two bathrooms. I'm happy for whoever rents the room to have the main, larger bathroom which is directly opposite the bedroom on offer.
The rest of the apartment with the exception of my own bedroom is completely shared. i have an open plan kitchen/diner, large television, fast broadband, all the normal white goods etc.
