Garden view modern, quiet bedroom

Hi!

Your bedroom faces the garden at the rear of the house and includes a large wardrobe with shelves and under bed storage. You have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden as well as your bedroom!

The modern bedroom in a quiet area of Hedge End is located 2 minutes walk from the train line to London, Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth. The buses also run from the train station into Southampton City Centre. By car it’s a 15 minute drive into Southampton and the M27 heading to Portsmouth or towards London / The New Forest is only 5 minutes away.

There is plenty of road parking nearby. The area is quiet and clean with shops / supermarkets / take always and gym 5 minute drive away and local pub only a 3 minute walk.

I sometimes have dogs around due to the nature of my work so must be okay with having them indoors from time to time. 🐶

I’m a self employed 34 year old female and enjoy living a busy life. I have my own social life and very much would like someone who has theirs too and gets out but equally is happy to have a glass of wine on a Thursday too etc.

I would prefer someone who is out and about a lot rather than someone who is more reclusive simply because I’m an active go live life kind of person and tend to get on well with similar personalities. I am very friendly and sociable and enjoy good conversation.

Due to the house configuration my preference is not someone who does nights shifts or remote working.

The most important thing is a peaceful and happy home. It is a clean and tidy sanctuary rather than a party house. I work a relatively short day as I run my own business out of the house but I have a healthy social life around my work visiting friends and at the gym/ hobbies etc.
