Lovely double room in clean and tidy town house. The room is on the top floor, has a built in wardrobe and is currently furnished. The bathroom is shared with my eldest son when he is home from University but will otherwise be for sole use.
I am a 51 year old female professional working full time and will be a live in landlord. My eldest son stays when he is home from university.
You will have access to shared living areas. The house has a garden, parking and space to store a bike in the garage.
The common areas of the house are cleaned once a fortnight but you will be expected to maintain the cleaning and tidying of your room.
The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Hedge End station and is also conveniently situated for other public transport links. Local shops including Next, M&S, DIY stores, coffee shops, supermarkets and fast food outlets are nearby.
