Grange Park Double Room

Very comfortable double room to let in grange park. I plan to take some time travelling over the summer aporox May to Sept so you will have the house pretty much to yourself. Initially the let woudl be just for this period but depending on my situation this could be negotiable. The room is availbel now but this would be on a Monday to Friday basis until May.

Within walking distance from hedge End station so very convenient for London, Portsmouth and Interim stations

All the usual mod cons plus parking. Share of cleaning. Gardner and windows cleaner are the landlords responsibity.

Tidy clean and respectful person required. Professionals only so it would suit a single person or a couple

The road is in a very quiet area near to station so no party animals or large gatherings.
