I am an NHS professional working in the Southampton area. In my spare time I study British Sign Language Interpreting and have a good social life.

First and foremost you should be a professional, work full time or be a student. Reasonably tidy, respectful and financially stable.

SMOKING
Strictly no smoking either inside or outside of the property i. e. in the garden.

Above all I'm looking for a reliable lodger who respects the property.
