Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, conservatory, tv's in 2 rooms downstairs, lovely garden, off road parking, washing machine and dryer. Superfast fibreoptic Broadband also. One other lodger already here, if you're a smoker that's ok but you must smoke outside. All bills included except telephone.

Bathroom is solely shared with other lodger.

Females preferred, I have my daughter here, so guys.
