Light airy room Only people with Spare Room profil

A lovely light SINGLE room which opens out to the bathroom and kitchen with own entrance off hallway ....very private and contained with new italian tiled (travertine)bathroom. Bills included...house on a pretty wooded quiet estate ...just off Junction 7. M27 ...5 mins walk to M&S and 10 to hedge end village. I have a jack russell and a very sweet cat.. so you would have to be an animal person...Private parking and use of all facilities occasional use of electric oven...we have micro/grill and hob....dish/clothes washer and tumble dryer. Please no furniture or loads of stuff. Bills included and very fast wifi Room has just been newly painted and thoroughly cleaned. Very quiet environment. A calm house...Please Only Double vaccinated people apply. After a really bad experience I am looking for people who are accustomed to renting and knowing the boundaries.

This is a long term rental and to that effect 6, WEEKS in advance is asked.
