Am ideally looking for:

- Someone who is fairly tidy
- Someone social and doesn't mind hanging out occasionally
- Someone who doesn't mind watching trashy Tv or 'friends' since we don't really watch any sports

As for amenities the house is only a 3 min drive from the M27 Junction 7. There are 2 supermarkets only 5 mins walk away with various fast food places and a video shop since the house is in Hedge End center. The train station is a 30/40 min walk away or a shorter cycle or drive. Hedge End has a huge retail park so we have a massive Sainsburys, M&S, Next, Curry's & PC world, B&Q, Homebase and many others.
