Large double bedroom in 4 bed detached property available from Sunday eve to Friday morning. One mile from J8 M27 - easy access to Southampton, Whiteley/Fareham, Segensworth, NATS etc.

Personal belongings can be left in room. Owner occupiers and one other long term lodger only in residence albeit 2 very sociable Golden Retrievers also reside here (downstairs only).

Previous lodgers have worked at Southampton Uni, Carnival, local NHS sites, Southampton City Council, Warsash Maritime College and NATS.

Tidy, clean, quiet and private space to suit professional working in the area during the week. Facilities include ceiling fan, Smart TV, cable broadband, kettle, microwave & small fridge. Only shared spaces are hall, stairs & landing plus access to large garden. On street parking available. Buses run regularly, local shops, takeaways, banks, theatre and gym within 1 mile.

Sole use of large, fully fitted family bathroom with bath and stand-alone shower. King sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Bedding and towels provided, these are laundered once a week.
