All bills are included in price including Wifi and use of all amenities.
Shared Bathroom.

Parking is available on the road and 2 private parking spaces in back close to house.

I do have persian cat so the room would suit someone who doesn't mind friendly feline.

I am looking for a preferably professional person to rent the room, who is neat, tidy and trustworthy.

***Strictly non smoker/vape/drugs.

I will require references from your employee + landlord.
