Double room to rent in Anchorage Park, Hilsea

I'm looking to rent a double room, within a two bedroomed, end of Terrace house in the Anchorage Park area. There is off street parking available and the house has a small decked back garden. Bills & Wi-fi included. The room is partly furnished with a Double bed, bed-side table and chest of drawers available if needed. It doesn't currently include a wardrobe but can get one if needed. It has a shared living room that does double up as an office for me as I do work from home which includes no more than 2 or 3 days a week. I have a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. I currently have Sky TV with Sky Sports, BT sport, Netflix and Amazon prime.

I'm a Travel agent and sometimes work from home which does include me working some evenings & weekends. I also have a dog, who is very friendly and great with people.
