I am a respite foster carer and the agency has safeguarding guidelines that require me to only consider a female tenant preferred due to sharing a rear garden. No couples. No males. An enhanced DBS will be required which the agency will fund.

The bathroom has an electric shower, towel radiator and small vanity cabinet with storage. The garden Studio has privacy and black out curtains ensuring a peaceful sleep and is is not overlooked by neighbours.

The garden is fully enclosed and is shared by the landlord and her teenager son if you wish to use it. A small amount of storage can be made available in the shed for a bike etc. The Studio has been safely accredited by building regulations, has a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, burglar alarm & in the interests of public safety the grounds are covered by CCTV.

It would suit someone working full time day shifts, non smoker, no pets, and someone who would respectfully look after it. A female preferred. This is my home so I need to feel comfortable. This could be a short let or long term agreement with a one months notice period.
