1 double room, garden view in 3 person household

Looking for a relaxed and considerate housemate in a 3-bed 3 person household (making it 4). Fully-furnished double room with a view to the garden and a bathroom shared with just one other housemate. All bills included. One housemate has a puppy, so pets welcome as long as they can be friends! The room has plenty of storage in the bed and a wardrobe, and extra storage in the attic if you need it. Lots of shared spaces for everyone, a big kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a bar, living and dining room and big garden. Room for bike storage out in the front forecourt or in the garden. On street parking all along the road although fair warning it is difficult to find spaces in the evening. Buses run just a 2 minute walk away and the hilsea station is a 20minute walk or 10minute cycle.
Looking for someone to fill the room as soon as possible but would consider waiting a month or two if we found the right person. Would love to have a chat and get to know whoever is interested!
