Double room available within a friendly 4 bed, 3 bath house. Currently two occupants.

1 double furnished bedroom with double bed or you can bring your own bed if wanted. The room is not en-suite but is situated right next to the bathroom.

We have a large ground floor kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The garden is south facing and the detached garage is available for bike storage.

Parking is available on the driveway.

All bills are included as well as broadband (fibre optic).

We're situated in a nice location with easy access to the M27, 15 minute walk to Hilsea train station and it's a 30 minute walk into Cosham. Local amenities include a pub, bank & Morrisons supermarket.
