House is situated in a quiet close, in Holbury. Within walking distance to esso refinery. Once you rent the room this is your room, you can move it around to however you want. We are highly accommodating landlords, and whatever we can do to make you comfortable we will try our best to make it happen.
Local pub is less than a 10 minute walk away. Local amenities are a 2 minute walk. There is good amounts of parking available too. Close to New forest and beaches. 20 minutes from Southampton City center. Good bus routes and ferry routes to Southampton and Isle of Wight. We have dogs, so must like dogs. Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Ideally looking for a professional person. We will require a security deposit, to be returned at end of tenancy. No smoking inside, whatsoever.
