Room, female house, in peaceful village near Alton

Single room with own entrance in cottage in Holybourne. Shared large kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine, dishwasher and broadband included. Live-in landlady, retired professional and one other professional female tenant. There is also a live-in Border Collie dog and a ginger cat. We are all easy going and sociable - sometimes we share a meal or a bottle of wine or both (but not with the the dog and cat!). We also enjoy our own priacy and are respectful of other's privacy. Overall it is a peaceful and happy home.
