The apartment is located above and behind a double garage, with a kitchen and shower room downstairs and large bedroom/lounge area upstairs.
The building is not attached to any other building
Rural location between Hook and Basingstoke, so a car is essential
We are near a railway line so there is noise from trains going by
Use of washing machine and tumble drier
All bills included
Would prefer someone who does not work from home.
We live on site
Suitable for single person requiring a short term let (up to a year, but maybe less)
