In the house there is 42 year old live in land lord. A couple of nights a week 2 work colleagues also stay in upstairs bedrooms. 2 cats who cant access the room being let but prefer cat tolerating person!
Shared kitchen and gym with cross trainer, bike, treadmill, weights bench.
Driveway parking.
If you dont need the room all week, e. g 2 -3 nights a week, can negotiate price.
Can accommodate occasional weekend stays.
