Double room in Hook

I have a double room with en-suite available in a modern 2-bedroom house (built in 2020), located in Hook, close to Whitewater Meadow. The house benefits from two en-suite bedrooms.

Great location:
🚂 20-minute walk to Hook station
🛒 8-minute walk to Sainsbury’s
💪 5-minute walk to the local gym
🍻 Lots of country pubs and scenic walks nearby 😀

Ideally, I’m looking for a short-term let, either Monday–Friday or Monday–Sunday. Longer-term rentals can also be negotiated.

The property includes a shared kitchen with dining area, off-road parking, a low-maintenance garden with seating, and garage storage.

Please note that I work from the lounge area 3–4 days a week, so this space would not be available during the daytime.

Bedding and towels can be provided, and I’m also planning to add a TV to the room (not shown in the current photos).
