Light and airy double bedroom with lots of storage

Hi,

Myself and my husband are looking for a lodger to enjoy our beautiful spare room in Hook/Basingstoke at a cost of £625 per month including all bills.

The room is spacious and overlooks the garden, it includes a massive built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, offering a lot of storage space, as well as a large set of drawers and there is also space under the bed. The bed and mattress are provided, please bring your own bedding/pillow/duvet etc. I will also put a bedside table in the room (not pictured).

We are in a lovely 3 storey town house. The top floor is our bedroom and our sons bedroom (he is 2.5 yrs old).
The middle floor is our spare bedroom (to rent), a family size bathroom and living room with a small balcony.
The ground floor has the kitchen (recently done up to a high standard), Dining room and another toilet, as well as the garden and the garage.

There is free street parking, and we are about 12 minutes drive from Basingstoke centre/train station, and 17 minutes drive from Hook train station. We are 13 minutes drive from Basingstoke Hospital.

We have had lodgers in our previous house over the past 6 years and enjoy sharing the space. The ideal person would be considerate to not be too noisy late at night, and to keep the room and house clean and tidy. Other than that we are not very fussy!

I am a Pilates instructor and my husband is a music teacher and performer.
