Room in modern house available in Hook

I am offering a room with a double bed (for single occupancy) in a modern styled house in Hook.

Within 5 minutes walk of the train station, business park, Hook center and Tesco's.

Parking available and a garden for those summer days. Shared living room, no Sky but Freeview/Freeview HD area and lots of streaming movies/TV available.

Shared areas are cleaned by myself, things like washing up liquid and toilet rolls are supplied for house use.

This offering includes all rates.

Smokers welcome but no smoking within the house.

I am looking for someone to take this room for as long as they need, the room will be offered to someone who understands living in a shared house and will respect the facilities.

In room Tv/Broadband sockets + wifi. Basic room furnishings supplied (double bed, draws, shelves, side tables)
