Double Room in Hordle

My current lodger is returning to Australia , therefore this room will be available.

Large, bright and airy double bedroom, in friendly house, has (occasionally) shared bathroom with bath and shower.

Built in wardrobe. Chest of drawers, desk and 2 bedside cabinets. (As in pictures)
Use of kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher.

Large rear private garden.

Very friendly cats.

I would prefer a professional woman.
Not suitable for children or couples.

Off road parking and opposite the local shops, where there's a Nisa, Chinese, hairdressers, haberdashers and pet store.
A large Tesco a mile away, 1. 5 miles into New Milton (with mainline trains to Bournemouth and Waterloo) and 3 miles to Lymington. Close to the sea and New Forest National Park.
