Double room in a 4 bed detached house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the Waterlooville / Horndean border. The bathroom is mainly sole use, although the landlord does occaisionally use the bath. There is also a small kitchen in the adjoining spare room, containing, a microwave, hob, halongen cooker, kettle, plus a under counter fridge and freezer

There is no problem with parking, either on street or drive when available.

Morrisons is approx mile away, as is the A3M motorway, several other supermarkets are all within 2/3 miles in or around Waterlooville
