i am advertising as a live in landlord so would be on hand should you ever need me.

The house is a large 4 bed detached in a quiet cul de sac on a major bus route into Portsmouth Gunwharf quays, has high speed fibre optic broadband with WiFi and Sky TV available in all rooms and offers off road parking.

Price for the room is as follows:

Small double £400PCM

The prices stated above are inclusive of all bills etc and a deposit of a months rent will be required for both rooms.
