Double room in family home

Double room in a semi detached family home with shared kitchen and bathroom. In a quiet residential road with train station and bus routes nearby. There are also plenty of shops, pubs & restaurants within walking distance. We have a small shitzu dog who is very friendly! the room has a double bed with bedding and a colour tv. All bills including broadband are included in the weekly rent. Smokers are welcome as I am a smoker however smoking is restricted to outside of the property.
