Spacious double en-suite room to rent in Hythe

Hello!

***Most suitable for somebody looking for somewhere to live while working away from home and then returning home on days off - depending on how many days per week you need to stay we can work out monthly cost. In all honesty; not really looking for somebody hoping to restart their life who is going to turn up with all their possessions in boxes…***

A spacious double en-suite bedroom is available in the flat in which I'm living.

-Spacious built in wardrobe
-En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
-Off road parking space for one car
-High speed internet

I live here too and together we can share all the other things...

-Large sitting room with dining table
-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and... films?
-Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine etc.

The room comes partially furnished (double bed, chest of drawers, 2 x bedside tables, 2 x lamps) as shown or can be emptied - entirely up to you. Bed linen, towels, toiletries and toilet paper can’t be provided as I’m sure you’d assume. I will clean the entire flat once a week however if you'd prefer to clean the room and en-suite that's no problem, if not I’m happy to do it.

Washing of clothes can sometimes be a little tricky as no tumble drier so it's a case of air drying and use of radiators - most other lodgers have taken washing home with them on days off.

It's always impossible to get over exactly all you can offer on these things but feel free to get in touch to see if the room is available and we can look into getting you here for a look around.
