This ground floor room is a small double and would suit a single person. There is a small double bed, hanging rail, a 2-drawer bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. You will have your own shower room with use of the kitchen, dining room, conservatory, lounge, garden and some space in the garage if required. Bills are included. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea (no beach but benches to sit on and look out). A reference as well as £200 deposit is required. Contractors welcome.
