The room has ensuite & patio doors that lead onto balcony.
The balcony is rear entrance to my property so on occaions i would need to access through the room but it is not accessable from street.
Sharing lounge, kitchen.( all faclities ie washing machine, microwave etc)

I am a quiet person & not looking for anyone who is extremely noisy.
