I have a lovely double (furnished) room to rent in my home. I am flexible in terms of the length of contract and would request a months notice period. I am also happy to rent the room Monday - Friday. Bills are included and wifi is also available. There is parking situated outside the house. Location is walking distance to Hythe ferry and there are bus routes into Southampton. I am also close to Fawley refinery. References will be requested and potential lodger will ideally keep living areas tidy in the house.
