1 furnished double bedroom in shared house

We live in a quiet area near the New Forest which is beautiful. I work full-time so I wont be home much. There is currently one 18 year old and one man in his 40's along with myself and my 18year old son living here. We are all quite friendly. The double bedroom is lovely and light and has a wall of wardrobes and a double bed. There is a garden with space in the shed for use. We have a dishwasher, washer/drier, and a large range cooker and all the other kitchen appliances can be used. There is wireless broadband in the house as well. There is always space for parking in the road as it is a quiet cul-de-sac. We are close to the New Forest and the ferry to Southampton (only 10 minutes)and the Fawley refinery as well.
