There is a pleasant garden to sit in on warm days. Hythe ferry is a short walk away for easy access into Southampton, and there is also a bus route nearby. Hythe is also a short drive from Fawley for the refinery there. Would suit someone likes the outdoors with the forest and sea so closeby!
