I have a double room available in the hythe area , the property is a two bed massionette , the pictures that are being shown are how it is now, it has recently been painted new , new carpets will be put down and new kitchen refurb , , cooker , washing machine , 3000 pounds worth of new furniture from oak furniture land has been brought and paid for . I will be the live in landlord I'm 34 , single male , that owns a tennis club in new forest 🌳 so out till late most days , ideally looking for female housemate but males considered 😊.
