One Single Room

We are a busy family , with two dogs (cockapoos) We are looking for someone who doesn't mind the dogs occasionally yapping when the door goes , family coming and going throughout some days ect. The room comes with tea and coffee facilities , flat screen TV , brilliant broadband ,rooms also has lots of storage . We have a lovely garden , drive way and other available parking a one stop shop literally two minute walk away and bus routes close by .
The rate is £80 for the single room this includes all bills. The room is available now for long term or short stay ..
