I’m a current tenant in this flat and due to my circumstances, I need to move out from here. I have a 6-month tenancy agreement and two months is currently remaining from my agreement. The monthly rent of the flat is £825 (excluding bills), and if you are interested to rent, I’m happy to pay £125 per month towards your rent for two months until my tenancy agreement ends. The Agency requires a minimum tenancy of 6-months; for two months your rent will be £700 per month (excluding bills) and the remaining 4 months will be £825 per month (excluding bills).
