Viewing recommended by appointment. Over 14 years we have had 5 lovely tenants who moved on to marry. There is also in roof storage .New mattress to queen size bed....4 feet. All linen provided if needed but no laundry undertaken . Comes with all utensils crockery and cutlery plus all small domestics ie kettle , microwave ,toaster. We are very near Bitterne ,Woolston, Netley and Hamble and within a few miles of M27 for Portsmouth or Romsey and also near Southampton town centre with the Itchen Bridge being approximately 2 miles away. likewise Northam bridge the same distance. All on ground level.
