Shared use of off road parking available on driveway with ring camera security as well as free parking on the road outside the house (plenty of space). Good transport links with a bus stop at end of road, 12 mins to city centre and run every 12 mins. Bitterne and Sholing train stations also within walking distance. Bitterne shops, supermarkets, PureGym, JD Gym, Bitterne Leisure Centre, Post Office, Banks and Wetherspoon’s - all within 5 -10 mins walk.

I live in the house with my seventeen year old twin sons who stay at the house half the time, and the other half at their Dads and also two friendly cats.

Please note the room is a ground floor bedroom.

No smoking inside the property, but can smoke in the garden.
