Must be willing to keep shared areas tidy and clean up after themselves.
Room is small but is furnished with a single bed, bedding, a double wardrobe and under bed storage.
Use of a shared bathroom kitchen and living area all bills includedand wi-fi.
Garden with furniture and hot tub.

£150 refundable deposit (as long as no damage upon leaving the room) and one moths rent upfront required.
