En Suite Room with kitchenette in separate annex

Our annexe is completely separate from the house with it's own entrance via our rear garden. This is a let for 1 person despite the bedroom having a double bed. There is a flat screen TV and the linen is supplied and changed weekly. The kitchenette area has a sink unit, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring hob and air fryer. The en suite has a toilet, wash hand basin and walk in shower. Towels will be provided and changed weekly. A patio door opens on to a paved south facing area with table and chairs. We will provide the clean linen weekly but will not be changing the bed or doing any cleaning as we do not wish to encroach on your privacy.

The annexe is currently let so viewings won't be available until 27th May. If you are interested please contact me and I will arrange to show you the annexe after that date.
