Hi I'm Andy, I am currently looking for a lodger in a shared 3 bedroom house. Our previous house mate has just moved out and into a house with her boyfriend.
I own the property and currenly have one lodger with me at the moment and one spare double bedroom in Kempshott, Basingstoke, which is about 5 minute drive from the town centre. All bills are included and full use of the house and facilities (bar the other bedrooms).
I currently live with one female and I am looking for either mae or female to occupy the third. We are both fit people who enjoy training and eating well. We both have full time jobs and active social lives. She is 24 and I 26 years old. We are looking for some one of similar age.
Shared kitchen, bathroom and living area.
SKY HD with SKY sports/movies. Full wifi/broadband access
Monday - Friday also an available option.
