We have a room to rent in a lovely semi-detached house in Kings worthy Winchester.
Located ideally in a quiet street just a 60 second walk to a Tesco express, and a bus stop with busses every 15 minutes into Winchester which take just 10 minutes.

We are looking for someone who who enjoys living in a clean, tidy and quiet environment to join our young professionals house share.

The room is furnished with a double divan bed with storage draws and a chest of draws.
The room is spacious, with space for a double bed, draws and a desk.

We have a large lounge, kitchen and conservatory. With ample storage space, loft space also.
