Gorgeous House Share, Working Professionals

i’ve been living here for the past year with my dog and two other housemates. i’m looking for two people to replace the current tenants as they are both moving out for work related reasons.
there are two bathrooms, garden, free parking, and the nearest bus stop and shops are all within a 5 minute walk.

i am very open to living with a couple but would need them to pay the total rent of the two rooms combined (900pcm, or 450pcm each) so that i could still afford to live here :)

i’m friendly but also respectful and relaxed to live with. knock on my door if you ever want to chat, otherwise i’ll respect your space and keep to myself!
