A room is available to rent in a two bedroom house located in Kings worthy, Winchester. Located in a quiet residential area surrounded by the beautiful Hampshire countryside.

My partner and I are going travelling from the 20th of August until mid December. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

There is one other permanent occupant who is renting the spare room.

The property is a one minute walk from a bus stop and a 10 minute drive (3.1 miles) from Winchester train station which has a direct train to London Waterloo. There is also a local shop 5 minutes walk from the house.

The house itself has a lounge and dining room, brand new kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom and a small garden for enjoying the sunshine.

There is a private car park designated to this street only. The house already has three occupants - a friendly couple and a dog called Dug who is very happy and friendly.

There is a good WiFi and the price includes all bills.
