Double room+study (single room) included

Hello room seeker
I have a decent sized, furnished double room available to rent. You would also have sole use of the adjacent room to use as a study/office and/or your own lounge area! The house has parking, a large garden, upstairs bathroom and separate ground floor WC. All bills included.

I’m on the right side of Kings Worthy for getting into Winchester, and a bus stop is nearby which has frequent buses into town. It's also handy for nipping up the A33 if you work in Basingstoke.

I'm looking for a reliable, tidy professional. If you're the type of person who is happy to help out with a Sunday roast on occasion, all the better!

You must be okay with dogs as I potentially may foster or adopt a rescue at some point this year.

NB. Couples need not apply unless you're willing to pay double the rent!
