Double Room in Cosy Home

Spacious Double Size Room to let in my cosy home!

The room is painted cream and furnished with a large size single bed, bedside drawers, a modern style desk, chair and chest of drawers. It also has a generous built in wardrobe. There is also an aerial if you wanted to link up a television in the room.

I have a brand new washing machine and a contemporary kitchen. The house is all fairly modern in decor. No en suite, but I do have a separate toilet to the bathroom (and a new shower).

I am a single female looking to rent my good size spare room to a considerate, kind, friendly female. Ideally for six months or longer.

My house is my sanctuary, it is very homely and I need to share with someone who is respectful, clean and tidy, easy going who is fairly self contained. I have a dining room which you are welcome to use but I do prefer the lounge to myself as I have a busy job and need some space in the evenings. But the TV aerial in the bedroom has worked well for other lodgers. Shift workers are welcome as I have shared before with people who work early/late, as are mature students. I need someone trustworthy as well. I also have two cats so you must be a feline lover!! I have got a garden which you are welcome to use, plus wifi and sky.

Kings Worthy is only 10 mins from the centre of Winchester, and is a very green suburb, it has a village atmosphere. I am also on a frequent bus route too - very handy for nights out in town. There is also off road parking.
