Large Light Attic Bedsit with Stunning Views

The attic room in this spacious house runs the whole length of the house and is semi-divided into bedroom and sitting room. The family bathroom is available for exclusive use of the lodger except in university holidays when my daughter may share it.
The kitchen would be shared but my previous lodger often ended up eating as family as I like cooking. Clothes washing and drying facilities are included and there is wireless broadband.
I have two dogs and one cat and we are all quite quiet.
I don't mind occasional visitors staying over but not all the time!
Car owner essential as this is a rural location and public transport is limited. However the railway station at Alton is ten minutes away and the half-hourly service to Waterloo takes 65 minutes. Alton has all the usual amenities of a small town.
