I'm looking for a tenant to replace my current housemate as he will be moving out towards the end of September.

There are two spare bedrooms in addition to the one that will be occupied by the tenant. None of them are furnished.

The property includes:
- Reception area
- Large living room (looking to re-purpose half of it as a dining area)
- Downstairs shower room
- Fully fitted modern kitchen
- Dining room which is currently re-purposed as a low budget home theatre (subject to change before the new tenant moves in)
- 4 bedrooms total
- Upstairs bathroom
- Front and back gardens
- Garage
- Off-road parking
- Fibre broadband

Ultimately looking for a third tenant (couples are welcome) so the rent would be reduced to around £400pcm per person in that case.

Can provide photos on request and viewing arrangements between 1-2pm / after 6pm / during weekends are doable.

A little about myself - I'm a professional working full time (9-6) at a local company. I'm a non-smoker and don't own any pets. I have good hygiene habits and like to keep the common areas of the house clean and tidy. I also keep to myself generally and ideally looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
